Fleek is compliant with various country tax laws. If you are buying from a local supplier you may have to pay taxes based on your business entity. If you are ordering internationally you’ll have to pay customs. Please read the various FAQs below about this topic
Buyers in the USA
Customs shall be covered and customers will not be expected to pay any amount. There can be a nominal handling charge that the buyer is expected to pay in case it is applicable.
Buyers in the UK
Customs shall be covered and the customer will not be expected to pay any amount if it's coming from a non-EU seller. Fleek shall help its buyers to cover them.
For EU sellers, customers might be levied with customs charges which the customer will have to pay for and they won't be covered by Fleek / Seller.
Buyers in EU and other geographies
Custom charges will not be covered by Fleek / Seller and if there are any applicable charges that need to be borne by the customer.

L'équipe d'assistance m'a redirigé vers cette zone, mon colis étant bloqué en douane il me demande la TVA ainsi que le EORI, pouvez vous faire quelque chose s'il vous plaît
