Fleek aims to make international shopping smooth and transparent. In most cases, prices already include standard customs duties. However, depending on your location and recent regulatory changes, additional charges may apply.

🇺🇸 United States

What's covered:

Standard customs duties
All U.S. tariffs introduced under recent trade regulations

What this means for you:

The price you see at checkout is the final amount. Shipping, duties, and delivery are all bundled in.
No courier will contact you asking for additional payment before delivery.
Your parcel is pre-cleared before it lands, so there are no customs delays or hold-ups.
Since all payments go through Fleek, any returns or refunds are clean and straightforward.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

If buying from Pakistan or India:

Customs duties are covered.
If you're charged, Fleek will refund the non-VAT portion.

If buying from other regions:

You may be charged customs duties.
Fleek will NOT refund these.
You may be able to reclaim VAT from local tax authorities.

🇪🇺 European Union

(Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Italy)

If buying from Pakistan, India, or within the EU:

Customs duties are covered.

If buying from other regions:

Customs charges may apply.
Fleek will NOT refund these.

🌍 Other countries

Customs duties are not covered.
You are responsible for all applicable charges.
VAT may be reclaimable through your local tax authority.

🧾 VAT rebates (for businesses)

If you're a registered business, you may be eligible to claim VAT refunds from your local tax authority.

📦 If your order is stuck in customs

Customs delays are sometimes outside Fleek's control.
Clearance can take up to 60–90 days in rare cases.
Fleek works closely with shipping partners and will keep you updated.

Are customs duties and taxes included in the price when I order from abroad?

What you need to know:

Where charges apply, import duties and taxes are determined by your local customs authority.
Rates vary depending on the product type and total order value.
For the US, all duties/tariffs are pre-paid and bundled into the checkout price.

Non-VAT reimbursement: In some cases (e.g. UK orders from Pakistan/India), Fleek reimburses the non-VAT portion of customs charges. Eligibility depends on your country and the seller's region.
