Buyers in the USA:
Will I be charged additional customs duties or tariffs when ordering from Fleek to the USA?
Fleek generally covers standard customs duties for orders to the USA. However, due to recent changes in U.S. trade policy, any new tariffs imposed on specific product categories or high-value orders will not be covered by Fleek.
What’s changing?
The U.S. government has introduced additional tariffs on certain imported goods as part of updated trade regulations. These are separate from regular customs duties and are not included in Fleek’s pricing.
What does this mean for me as a buyer in the USA?
Standard customs duties: Still covered by Fleek as part of your purchase.
New U.S. tariffs: These may apply depending on the item type, country of origin, and order value.
Orders above $800 in value may be more likely to incur these additional tariffs.
These extra charges may be up to 10% of your order value and will need to be paid by you upon delivery.
How will I know if my order is affected?
If your order includes products subject to tariffs or crosses the $800 value threshold, your courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS) may contact you directly before delivery with the payable amount.
Why doesn’t Fleek cover the new tariffs?
These tariffs are part of broader changes in U.S. import regulations and vary based on product type, value, and country of origin. As a global marketplace, Fleek continues to cover standard customs duties, but is unable to absorb newly imposed tariffs that are variable and category-specific.
