Buyers in the USA
Customs shall be covered and the customer will not be expected to pay any amount. Fleek shall help its buyers to cover them.
Buyers in the UK
Customs shall be covered and the customer will not be expected to pay any amount if it's coming from a seller from Pakistan or India.
For sellers from other geographies, customers might be levied with customs charges which the customer will have to pay for and they won't be covered by Fleek or the Seller. However, as stated above you can claim a rebate on VAT from your local tax authorities.

Customs shall be covered and the customer will not be expected to pay any amount if it's coming from a seller from Pakistan, India or EU.

Custom charges will not be covered by Fleek / Seller and if there are any applicable charges that need to be borne by the customer. However, as stated above you can claim a rebate on VAT from your local tax authorities.

L'équipe d'assistance m'a redirigé vers cette zone, mon colis étant bloqué en douane il me demande la TVA ainsi que le EORI, pouvez vous faire quelque chose s'il vous plaît
