- The price you see at checkout is the final amount. Shipping, duties, and delivery are all bundled in.
- No courier will contact you asking for additional payment before delivery.
- Your parcel is pre-cleared before it lands, so there are no customs delays or hold-ups.
- Since all payments go through Fleek, any returns or refunds are clean and straightforward.
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
If buying from Pakistan or India:
- Customs duties are covered.
- If you’re charged, Fleek will refund the non-VAT portion.
If buying from other regions:
- You may be charged customs duties.
- Fleek will NOT refund these.
- You may be able to reclaim VAT from local tax authorities.
🇪🇺 European Union
(Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Italy)
If buying from Pakistan, India, or within the EU:
- Customs duties are covered.
If buying from other regions:
- Customs charges may apply.
- Fleek will NOT refund these.
🌍 Other Countries
- Customs duties are not covered.
- You are responsible for all applicable charges.
- VAT may be reclaimable through your local tax authority.
🧾 VAT Rebates (For Businesses)
If you're a registered business, you may be eligible to:
- Claim VAT refunds from your local tax authority.

- Customs delays are sometimes outside Fleek’s control.
- Clearance can take up to 60–90 days in rare cases.
- Fleek works closely with shipping partners and will keep you updated.

L'équipe d'assistance m'a redirigé vers cette zone, mon colis étant bloqué en douane il me demande la TVA ainsi que le EORI, pouvez vous faire quelque chose s'il vous plaît
