How do video handpick calls work? – Fleek

You can schedule a video handpick call with a supplier through our app (available on iOS and Android).

If you've found a bundle or collection you like but prefer to select specific items, you can request a personalised handpick session.

How to do it:

Tap the 'Schedule video handpick' button on the product or supplier page in the app
The video handpick call happens directly within the Fleek app

Please note:

Not all suppliers offer video handpicks, and not all products are eligible for customization.
The easiest way to check if handpicking is possible is to use the 'Chat with seller' feature in the app and ask the supplier directly.
For items selected over video calls, confirm grading details during the session. All calls are recorded for transparency and to support dispute resolution if needed.
