How do video handpick calls work?

You can schedule a video handpick call with a supplier through our app (available for download on iOS and Android). If you find a bundle or collection of products from a supplier that you’re interested in, but would like to hand select specific pieces and curate a custom bundle, use the ‘Schedule video handpick’ button on the product or supplier page in the app to request a handpick call with the seller.

Video handpick calls take place via the app. Not all suppliers offer video handpicks, and even if a supplier does offer it, not all products are available for handpicks.

The best way to find out if a handpick is possible is to simply ask the supplier using the ‘Chat with seller’ function in the app.
