How does sea/air shipping work?

Fleek is committed to delivering your items promptly. Typically, international shipments are anticipated to take 21 - 28 working days. 

However, specific shipping timelines may vary based on the locations of both the buyer and seller.

Here are estimated delivery times for some trade routes:

For UK Customers:

• Delivery from UK sellers: Items will likely be delivered within approximately 6-7 business days.
• Delivery from EU sellers: Items will likely be delivered within approximately 10-11 business days.
• International Delivery: Items will be delivered within approximately 21 - 28 days.

For US Customers:

• Delivery from US sellers: Items will likely be delivered within approximately 6-7 business days.
• International Delivery: Items will be delivered within approximately 21-28 days.

For EU Customers:

• Delivery from EU sellers: Items will likely be delivered within approximately 7-9 business days.
• International Delivery: Items will be delivered within approximately 21-28 days.

There’s various stages to shipping:

• Upon order placement, you'll receive a confirmation email from Fleek.

• The order is then passed to the supplier for review and acceptance. The supplier sends an email to notify you of order acceptance within 2-3 days.

• Following acceptance, the supplier has 3-4 days to prepare the shipment. You'll receive an email notification once the items are dispatched.

• A tracking number will be provided for enroute items on your app and over email. Tracking information may take 1-7 days to become available.

Sea shipping

What is sea shipping?
Sea Shipping is a lower-cost delivery option on Fleek. The same products, from the same suppliers, travel by sea freight instead of air. This cuts the shipping cost by up to 70%, making the items cheaper for you to buy.

How is it different from air shipping?
Sea shipping costs significantly less, so you pay less for your product. The trade-off is a longer delivery time than air shipping.

How long does sea shipping take?
Your product is delivered in approximately 90 days from the date the order is placed.

Is it available on all orders?
Not yet. Sea shipping is currently available only on custom handpicked links, and we're rolling it out with a select group of sellers as we test the experience.

Are all sellers eligible?
No, only sellers with 4+ ratings & review are eligible for sea-shipping currently.

How do I choose Sea Shipping?
Ask your supplier to select the Sea Shipping option when they create the handpick listing. Very soon, we will be enabling buyers to choose sea-shipping instead of sellers.

Why is it cheaper? Will I actually save money? I was told there is a discount but I do not see it.
The saving applies to the shipping/freight portion, not the product price. On heavy or bulk orders this is a meaningful saving. On lighter orders shipping is already inexpensive, so the saving in absolute terms is smaller even when the percentage looks large.

How do I find out the shipping rates?
Shipping rates aren't shown directly on custom handpicked links, so you won't see them on your own. Just ask the seller - they can calculate and share the rates for both air and sea shipping so you can compare and choose.

What if my order is delayed or does not arrive within the estimated window?
Contact Fleek support with your order number. Sea shipping timelines are longer by design, but any order that passes the estimated delivery window will be investigated.

International orders from Pakistan & India

• First hop - This flight is the first courier’s cargo flight often from the supplier’s local airport hub. The tracking for this hop is not available, but your order is in transit! This is the longest leg of your package’s journey and can take up to 10 days from the date of dispatch depending on flight schedules & customs clearance.
• Second hop - This is a local carrier that you may be more familiar with (DPD, UPS, DHL etc). This will be trackable and you will see updates as the shipment moves; this stage moves the fastest!
