How does shipping work? Do you offer free shipping?

Fleek is committed to delivering your items promptly. Fleek does not offer free shipping — buyers are responsible for paying the full order amount, including shipping costs.

How shipping works:

1. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order
2. The total shipping cost is displayed at checkout before you confirm your order
3. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and in the app

Estimated delivery times by trade route:

For UK customers:

• From UK sellers: approximately 6–7 business days
• From EU sellers: approximately 10–11 business days
• International delivery: approximately 21–28 days

For US customers:

• From US sellers: approximately 6–7 business days
• International delivery: approximately 21–28 days

For EU customers:

• From EU sellers: approximately 7–9 business days
• International delivery: approximately 21–28 days

The stages of shipping:

1. Upon order placement, you'll receive a confirmation email from Fleek.
2. The order is passed to the supplier for review and acceptance. The supplier notifies you of acceptance within 2–3 days.
3. Following acceptance, the supplier has 3–4 days to prepare the shipment. You'll receive a notification once items are dispatched.
4. A tracking number is provided for en-route items on your app and over email. Tracking information may take 1–7 days to become available.

Track your order: Your unique tracking ID becomes available on the Fleek app within two days of dispatch.

Sea shipping

What is sea shipping? Sea shipping is a delivery method that lets you receive your order at a lower shipping cost. It appears as an option alongside air shipping when a shipping calculator is used on eligible custom handpicked links.

How is it different from air shipping? Sea shipping costs significantly less, so you pay less for your product. The trade-off is a longer delivery time than air shipping.

Is it available on all orders? Not yet. Sea shipping is currently available only on custom handpicked links, and we're rolling it out with a select group of sellers as we test the experience.

How do I know if it's available for my order? When available, it will show up as a selectable option alongside air shipping wherever shipping options appear on a custom handpicked link.

How long does sea shipping take? Your product is delivered in approximately 90 days from the date the order is placed.

How do I find out the shipping rates? Sea/air rates aren't shown directly on custom handpicked links. Just ask the seller — they can calculate and share rates for both air and sea shipping so you can compare and choose.

International orders from Pakistan & India

When ordering from India or Pakistan, you may not receive the tracking number immediately after items are marked as dispatched. This is normal and is due to the two-hop shipment method used in those countries (adopted to reduce costs and streamline customs clearance).

• First hop: The first courier's cargo flight, often from the supplier's local airport hub. Tracking for this hop is not available, but your order is in transit. This is the longest leg and can take up to 10 days from dispatch depending on flight schedules and customs.
• Second hop: A local carrier you may be more familiar with (DPD, UPS, DHL, etc.). This is trackable and moves the fastest.
