1. Order processing and quality check
Once you've placed your order, the seller prepares it and dispatches it to us for quality checks to ensure you receive nothing but the best.
2. Order shipment and tracking ID availability
Once your order clears the quality check, it's ready for shipment. After the order clears quality checks, it cannot be cancelled. The order is marked in freight, and your tracking journey begins. Your unique tracking ID becomes available on the Fleek app within two days.
3. Track in real-time
Your tracking ID becomes active and trackable as soon as your order clears customs in your country. Your package is handed to the courier company, and you can monitor its journey in real-time.
4. Estimated delivery timeline
We're committed to delivering your order within 21–28 days, accounting for processing, quality checks, shipping, customs clearance, and courier delivery.
5. Delays in tracking information
If after 7 business days you haven't received tracking information, contact the Fleek Customer Experience Team via in-app chat or website.
