This article explains when returns, refunds, and cancellations are possible on Fleek.
Cancellations
- You can cancel an order before it clears quality checks.
- Once an order clears quality checks, it cannot be cancelled (it is marked in freight and shipped).
- If an entire order is cancelled (or lost), associated fees such as the Small Order Fee are automatically refunded.
Returns
Because Fleek is a wholesale marketplace sourcing from sellers worldwide, returns are handled through Buyer Protection rather than standard retail returns.
- Returns/refunds apply where items are significantly not as described, not authentic, defective beyond their stated grade, or lost in transit.
- Change-of-mind returns are generally not supported once an order has shipped.
Refunds
- File your claim within 3 days of receiving your order (see Buyer Protection Policy & Timelines).

- Before shipment: 2–3 business days
- After shipment (once verified): 4–7 business days, plus 2–3 business days for your bank
