Here’s how Fleek Buyer Protection works:
1. Items Not Received
If you haven't received your order and there's been a significant delay:

Please reach out to us via the Fleek in-app chat or webform or Email us at support@joinfleek.com.

If we confirm that your order cannot be delivered or the supplier is not dispatching it promptly, we will process a full refund—no questions asked.
We understand international shipping can take time, but your satisfaction is our top priority. We’re here to support you every step of the way.
2. Items Received Not as Described
We require all suppliers on Fleek to accurately represent their products, especially around grading and condition. You can always refer to our grading guidelines for clarity.
If the items you receive don’t match the listed grade or description, here’s how we’ll make it right:

We’ll take it up directly with the supplier on your behalf.

If the issue isn’t resolved, we’ll step in and offer:

A partial refund for items that don’t meet the stated quality.

A full refund + free return shipping if the entire order is not as described.

Note: Returns must include the entire order. Partial returns for select items within an order are not supported if the seller does not agree for partial.
For Video Handpick Orders
If you purchase via a video call, make sure to confirm grading details during the session. All calls are recorded for transparency and will be used to support dispute resolution if needed.
