If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will usually try again or leave instructions for collection or rescheduling.
What to do:
- Check the tracking link/notification from the courier for re-delivery or pickup options
- Follow the courier's instructions to reschedule or collect
- Make sure your address and contact details are correct in the app
