If your order is held at quality check, it means our team has flagged something that needs review before it can ship — this is part of how we protect you.
What happens next:
- Our QC team inspects the flagged items against the listing and grading.
- If items pass, your order proceeds to shipment as normal.
- If items fail QC, we'll work with the seller on a resolution — this may mean a replacement, a partial refund, or cancelling the affected items.
Will this delay my order? A QC hold may add a short delay, but it ensures you receive items that meet Fleek's standards.
Please note: Once an order clears QC, it is marked in freight and cannot be cancelled.
