Fleek-Managed Shipping
Fleek-Managed Shipping allows sellers to fulfill orders through Fleek’s trusted logistics partners. Once an order is ready, a Fleek-assigned driver collects the package and ensures safe, timely delivery to the buyer. This model simplifies the shipping process, offers end-to-end tracking, and provides sellers with reliable delivery support under Fleek’s logistics network.

After your order is Picked up. It will be inbounded to the our Fleek Quality Check Warehouse for reviewing the quality of your items.
If your order put on hold by the QC team, please ensure timely resolution to avoid delays in further order processing and delays in payment.
Self-Shipped Model
In the Self-Shipped Model, sellers manage their own packaging and delivery through their preferred courier service. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that orders are dispatched on time, delivered safely, and meet Fleek’s packaging and tracking requirements. This model offers greater flexibility but also places full responsibility for the shipping process on the seller.
The Self-Shipped Model applies to all other regions where Fleek’s managed shipping services are not yet available.

In the Self-Shipped Model, sellers manage their own packaging and delivery through their preferred courier. Please ensure careful packaging to avoid damages and hand over the parcel timely to the courier.
Step 3: Update Shipping Details
Important Points:
Please keep the hand over receipt and invoice for you order after its been handed over to the courier. It may required for the postage or shipping charges reversal.
