1. Shipping for Exact/Representative Products
For Exact/Rep products, Fleek automatically calculates the shipping charges based on our estimation.
The calculated shipping is directly collected from the buyer at checkout.
You need to choose the right category of your products.
No impact on the seller’s account or performance — sellers do not need to worry about shipping calculation for these products.
Note for Self-Shipped Model:
Sellers need to add the estimated shipping cost to the product’s base price when listing, so buyers see the total price upfront.
Incorrect estimation may impact their overall product price and net payment.
2. Shipping for Custom/Handpick Products
For Custom/Handpick products, the seller is responsible for calculating the shipping charges. You can do this in two ways:
a) Manual Calculation: Your own estimation
Calculate shipping costs based on courier charges, packaging, and delivery location.
Include these charges along with your product’s base price when listing the item.
b) Fleek Shipping Calculator:
Use Fleek’s calculator to estimate shipping charges.
Ensure the correct product category, weight, and dimensions are selected to get an accurate calculation.
Tip: Accurate shipping charges help prevent losses and provide a seamless experience for buyers.

If you’d like to estimate shipping costs before listing a product or finalizing a deal, you can easily access the Shipping Calculator in your Vendor Application under the Profile section.
Custom Handpick Shipping Calculator:
Suppliers can easily estimate shipping costs for Custom Handpick products using the built-in calculator available in the Custom Handpick listing flow — just follow two simple steps.
If you are a ROW supplier (operating under the Self-Shipped Model), you must include the shipping cost in your product’s base price.

Self-Shipped Model
The Self-Shipped Model is available only in regions where Fleek does not provide or manage shipping services.
In this model, sellers handle their own packaging, shipping, and delivery through a courier service of their choice. Sellers are fully responsible for ensuring that:
Orders are dispatched on time
Packages are delivered safely
All shipments meet Fleek’s packaging, tracking, and quality requirements
This model gives sellers greater flexibility but also places full responsibility for the shipping process on them.
Seller Responsibilities
As the seller, you are liable for the complete shipping process and any potential issues during transit, including:
Loss in transit – The order is lost before reaching the buyer.
Damage in transit – The product is damaged while being shipped.
Customs clearance issues – Orders held at customs for verification.
Failed deliveries – Orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
Postage / Shipping Charges Reimbursement
Shipping charges can be reimbursed, provided you submit:
A valid Tracking ID
Postage or shipping invoice, or any other payment proof from the logistics provider
Note: If you operate in a region where Fleek provides managed shipping, you will not be reimbursed for any amount exceeding Fleek’s system-estimated or calculator-based shipping charges.
Fleek-Managed Shipping
Fleek-Managed Shipping allows sellers to fulfill orders through Fleek’s trusted logistics partners. Once an order is ready, a Fleek-assigned driver collects the package and ensures safe, timely delivery to the buyer. This model simplifies the shipping process, offers end-to-end tracking, and provides sellers with reliable delivery support under Fleek’s logistics network.
