The Quality Check Hold Resolution process ensures that any product placed on QC hold is reviewed and resolved fairly. It helps seller to understand the reason for the hold and taking necessary actions to provide timely solution to the QC held orders by Fleek.
What does QC Hold refer to?
A QC Hold refers to a product that has failed to meet Fleek’s quality standards during the inspection process and has therefore been placed on hold for further review or action. This means the item has one or more issues— such as incorrect sizing, visible damage, stains, missing tags, grade mismatch or mismatched listing details — that prevent it from being approved for sale.
When an order is placed on QC Hold, it is temporarily paused from moving forward in the process until the seller reviews the issue and takes corrective action as per Fleek’s guidance.
QC Hold Process:
If any problem is detected during QC inspection, the order is placed on QC Hold and tagged for review.
Our team will send you a report for flagged items and you will be asked to provide resolution under Fleek's policy.
Offer Discount: You can offer a discount to the buyer for the flagged items.
Partial Dispatch: You can request to recall all flagged items while the approved items are sent to the buyer.
Replace Items: You can send replacement items from your stock to substitute the flagged ones.
Seller Responsibility: You can request the team to dispatch all items at your own responsibility.
Buyer Alignment: If your buyer agrees to receive the flagged items, you can proceed with dispatch based on that alignment.
