The newly launched of Fleek Role Based Access Management System allows you to create separate logins for your team members on the Fleek Vendor App. Each person gets their own username and password, and sees only the authorized sections/ parts of the Fleek Application they need for their job.
Your own login stays exactly the same. Team Management is a new section in the app where you can create, manage, and remove staff accounts.
Understanding Roles:
When creating a staff account, you assign a role. Each role determines which parts of the app the user can access. Any sections they don’t have permission for are completely hidden and won’t be visible to them.

How to Add a Team Member
Step 1: Open the Fleek Vendor App and go to Team Management.
Step 2: Tap "Add Team Member".
Step 3: Fill in the form:
- Full Name — their real name (e.g., Ahmed Khan)
- Username — a short name they'll use to log in (e.g., ahmed)
- Password — set a password for them
- Role — choose what they can access (see roles below)
Step 4: Tap "Create". The account is created instantly.
Step 5: Tap "Copy login details" to get a ready-to-share message with their username and password. Send it to them via WhatsApp or tell them in person.

Important: Only the owner of a Seller Account can ever see Payouts. Even Admins cannot access your financial information.
How to Reset a Staff Password
Step 1: Go to Team Management.
Step 2: Tap on the staff member's name.
Step 3: Tap "Reset Password" and set a new password.
Step 4: Share the new password with them.
How to Remove a Team Member
Step 1: Go to Team Management.
Step 2: Tap on the staff member's name.
Step 3: Tap "Remove Access".
They will lose access immediately on all devices. Any work they were doing in the app is not affected — uploaded items and messages remain.
