1. What is Sea Shipping, and why should I offer it?
Sea Shipping is a cheaper freight option that makes your bulk and heavy lots far more affordable for buyers, helping you win and grow orders. Buyers are actively requesting it in chats, so offering it removes a common reason deals stall.
Sea shipping orders usually require 60 to 90 days for delivery, depending on the destination region. The estimated delivery time is clearly shown to buyers during checkout before they place their order.
Your fulfillment and order-preparation time remains exactly the same as it is today.
2. How do I enable Sea Shipping on a listing?
You do not need to change anything in your current process. Simply select the Sea Shipping option when you create a Custom Handpick listing.
Note: Sea Shipping is not yet available on Exact or Representative listings.
3. Am I eligible? Why can't I see the Sea Shipping option?
Sea Shipping is currently available only to sellers with a customer rating of 4.0 or above. If you don't see the option on a handpick listing, your rating likely doesn't yet meet this threshold.

Sea Shipping orders must not be moved under a normal GD. After preparing the order (approximately 5 days), EPZ sellers may need to hold their stock in the facility for up to 20 days before Fleek picks it up or shares further delivery instructions.▶Why are my sea links not converting?
A few common reasons:- The buyer is weighing the longer wait against the saving - sea converts best on heavy or high-value lots.
- The saving is not being made visible to the buyer.
- The link was shared but payment was never completed.
