Ratings and reviews help keep the Fleek marketplace transparent and trustworthy for everyone.

How it works:

• After your order is delivered, you can rate your experience and leave a review for the seller.
• Reviews reflect product quality, accuracy of the listing, and the overall buying experience.
• Your feedback helps other buyers choose reliable sellers and helps sellers improve.

Leaving a review:

1. Go to your Orders in the Fleek app
2. Select the completed order
3. Tap Leave a review
4. Add your rating and any comments
5. Submit

Why is my name and location showing on my review?

When you leave a review on Fleek, certain details may be displayed publicly to help other buyers make informed decisions.

What may be shown:

• Your name (or display name)
• Your general location

Why we show this: Reviews with buyer details build trust and transparency across the marketplace, helping the community make confident purchasing decisions.
