If your item arrived with a defect that wasn't disclosed in the listing or photos, you may be eligible for Buyer Protection.
What to do:
- Take clear photos (and a video if relevant) showing the defect
- File a complaint through the app or contact support
- Include your order number and a description of the issue
- Do this within the complaint window (see Buyer Protection Policy & Timelines above)
Please note: Some wear is expected depending on the item's grade. Compare the defect against the stated grade (see Grading Guidelines below) — undisclosed major defects are covered, while normal wear consistent with the grade is not.
Outcome: Depending on the review, you may receive a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
